Deposits
Most projects require a non-refundable deposit before work begins. This deposit reserves project time and covers initial discovery, planning, and onboarding work. The exact deposit amount is outlined in the project proposal.
Project work in progress
Once a project is underway, fees for work that has already been completed at the time of any cancellation request are non-refundable. If a project is paused or cancelled, you will be billed for work performed up to that point and any in-progress work will stop.
Monthly support and consulting
Ongoing monthly support engagements can be cancelled with reasonable written notice. Fees already paid for the current billing period are non-refundable. Pre-paid one-time strategy sessions are refundable up to forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled session; sessions cancelled inside that window or rescheduled multiple times may be forfeited at our discretion.
Chargebacks
Please contact us first if you have a billing concern. Initiating a chargeback before discussing the issue may result in suspension of services and recovery of associated fees. We aim to resolve concerns directly and fairly.
Exceptional cases
Refunds outside of the cases above are considered on a case-by-case basis. We try to be reasonable. If something has gone wrong on our end, we want to know about it and make it right.
How to request a refund or cancellation
Email bilsonxnc@gmail.com with your name, project name, and a brief description of the request. We will respond within a reasonable time.
