Specific scopes of work, deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in a written project proposal or statement of work agreed to before a project begins. The proposal controls if there is any conflict with the general statements on this site.
Payment
Project fees, deposits, and payment schedules are agreed to in writing before work begins. Invoices are due according to the schedule defined in your proposal. Past-due balances may pause work until resolved.
Intellectual property
Final deliverables created for a client become the client's property upon full payment, except for any pre-existing materials, third-party components, or generally reusable methods, tools, and frameworks, which remain the property of Designed to Elevate or their respective owners.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to handle non-public information shared during a project with reasonable care and to use it only for the purpose of completing the work.
No guaranteed outcomes
Marketing, search, and lead generation results depend on many factors outside of our control. Designed to Elevate does not guarantee specific rankings, lead volumes, traffic levels, or revenue. We commit to professional execution and a sound system, not to specific outcomes.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Designed to Elevate is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or the services. Total liability under any project will not exceed the fees paid for that project.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
