Fitchin Automotive Detailing & Window Tinting
A real local detail and tint shop that needed a website capable of pricing the work — not just describing it. Designed to Elevate built a conversion-focused site plus a custom quote wizard that handles 378 vehicle configurations, tier upgrades, and add-ons end to end.
An outdated site, no quote system, and a phone-only lead path.
Before the rebuild, every quote request meant a phone call. Customers wanted to know roughly what tint or detail would cost on their specific vehicle — and the site couldn't answer that. Pricing varies wildly by vehicle (a sedan vs. a four-door truck vs. a Tesla all need different glass coverage), so a generic "request a quote" form pushed the entire conversation onto the shop's phone.
The site itself was outdated — slow on mobile, weak local SEO, and no path from a Google search result to a real lead. Every customer who didn't want to call was lost.
Replace the contact form with a quote system that matches how the shop actually sells.
Instead of a generic site refresh, the build started by mapping the shop's real pricing logic. Every vehicle type Fitchin services was catalogued. Tint film tiers (Carbon, Nano Ceramic, Ceramic IR) were structured so customers could see the value progression instead of staring at a single confusing price. Detail packages, ceramic coatings, and add-ons all got modelled.
Then the wizard was built around it: a guided, mobile-first flow that walks a customer through vehicle type → service options → film or coating tier → add-ons → contact details. Every step captures partial lead data, so someone who bails on step 4 still shows up in the shop's dashboard for follow-up.
A phone-only operation became a system that captures, quotes, and tracks leads automatically.
The shop now runs paid traffic and Google Business Profile clicks straight to the quote wizard. Every submission lands in a dashboard with the full configuration the customer chose — service, vehicle, tier, add-ons, and contact info — so follow-up isn't a phone tag exercise.
The site itself now ranks locally for service-specific queries (window tint Coshocton, ceramic coating, etc.) and loads in under a second on mobile, which keeps Google Ads Quality Score where it should be.
378 vehicles. One quote flow.
The quote wizard is the engine that turns Fitchin's site into a real lead system. Three real screens from the live install:
What the build covers
- 378-vehicle pricing logic across detail, tint, and add-ons
- Tiered film upgrades (Carbon → Nano Ceramic → Ceramic IR) shown inline so customers see the value gap
- Lead capture before the final step — partial quotes still land in the dashboard
- Mobile-first quote flow designed for paid traffic and Google Business Profile clicks
- Local SEO structure: Coshocton service-area pages, schema, and review-aligned content
